NUHS App 2.2.0

The NUHS App is a mobile healthcare solution developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) in collaboration with Synapxe Pte. Ltd., formerly Integrated Health Information Systems Pte. Ltd. The app is designed to empower patients by providing access to health information and services from various NUHS institutions, including National University Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, Jurong Community Hospital, National University Polyclinics, National University Heart Centre Singapore, National University Cancer Institute Singapore, National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore, and Jurong Medical Centre.

Users of the NUHS App can:

• Manage appointments and receive appointment reminders
• Register on-the-go and check queue status
• Request medication refills or top-ups
• Purchase and download medical reports directly through the app
• View and make payments for outstanding bills
• Access the app using biometric data like fingerprint and facial recognition
• Link to 'MyInfo' in SingPass for convenient setup of 'My Profile'
• Automatically pre-fill appointment and medication request forms with contact details once 'My Profile' is established
• Enable caregiver consent for app functions access
• View health records such as lab test results, immunization history, and prescription records
• Receive personalized recommendations for health screenings and vaccinations based on demographics and health status
• Engage with a chatbot for information on clinic hours and commonly asked questions

The NUHS App utilizes HealthKit to access health data through connected health devices.
